Why guests love itWe stayed at Hotel Kalnik mainly for the spa and ended up walking into Križevci most evenings, six minutes to the Advent market grounds and closer still to Bistro Bilikum for dinner. The smoke-free rooms were a genuine relief after a couple of smokier stays elsewhere in the region. The 46-minute shuttle ride to the airport on departure day was longer than expected, but everything closer to the hotel itself felt well judged.
