Olympia Sky opened in 2017 as the newest part of the Olympia complex at Ljudevita Gaja 6 in Vodice, with 149 rooms, apartments and suites. What sets it apart on this stretch of coast is the water: a rooftop pool, an indoor pool for cool days and an outdoor pool, with a shingle beach a few steps from the grounds. Guests give it 9.2 out of 10 across 1,792 reviews. I would book a sea-view room high up and treat it as a resort base. It is a big, busy hotel in summer, so couples after a quiet guesthouse should look at the old streets of Vodice instead.
