Apartman Max
A three-bedroom apartment with a garden and soundproofed rooms
About this hotel
Apartman Max spreads across three bedrooms and a living room, more space than most of the apartments nearby offer at this price point, with a sun terrace and garden for the parts of the day spent outside. Soundproofing is a small but real detail worth mentioning, since it is not something every listing here bothers with, and the streaming services in the living room cover the evenings when nobody wants to go out. The property sits a short walk from the Spomenik NOB memorial and close to Kurija Lentulaj, with Zagreb's airport 21 miles away. The dishwasher and washing machine round out the practical side for a stay longer than a weekend.

Our take
Apartman Max is a three-star, three-bedroom apartment outside Sveti Ivan Zelina, a short walk from the local war memorial, with a sun terrace and a garden. Soundproofing, free Wi-Fi and streaming services make it comfortable for a family or a group sharing several nights, and its 9.9 score from 27 reviews is close to perfect. I would book it for space and quiet evenings at home. No pool, restaurant or reception is listed.
- ✓Split bedrooms by who needs the quietest room, the soundproofing works best when it is used deliberately.
- ✓Walk to the Spomenik NOB memorial rather than drive, it is close enough for a short evening outing.
- ✓Use the streaming services on the in-house TV rather than relying on a phone screen for a family movie night.
Why we love it

Why guests love itThe three bedrooms are the headline at Apartman Max: more room than most apartments in the area offer without stepping up to villa pricing. The soundproofing is a detail that only shows its value once a family with children is actually staying, and it does the job quietly through a full evening. The dishwasher and washing machine make a week-long stay genuinely practical rather than just comfortable. It rewards families who want space and quiet over amenities like a pool.
