Dinner at Knez introduced dishes from the Poljica region rarely seen on menus closer to the harbour, a regional detour worth the short uphill walk back each evening. The 650-metre walk down to the sand each morning felt easy; the climb back after a swim, less so, but never enough to regret the hillside room.
